Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Preparation is Key: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and flaking paint. Lightly sand glossy or non-porous surfaces to improve adhesion. For previously painted surfaces, ensure they are sound. For new or bare porous surfaces (like untreated wood or plaster), a mist coat of thinned paint may be beneficial.
Application: Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply using a brush, roller, or spray gun. For best results, apply in thin, even coats. Allow adequate drying time between coats as per the product's specific instructions (typically 2-4 hours for recoating).
Compatibility: This paint is designed for a wide range of surfaces including plaster, drywall, wood, metal (primed), masonry, concrete, and previously painted surfaces. It is not recommended for use on floors or surfaces subject to heavy abrasion unless specifically tested.
Care: Clean application tools immediately after use with water. For cleaning painted surfaces, use a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
