Can I wash the entire bench pad, including the foam?
No, only the cover is removable and machine washable. The foam insert should not be washed; spot clean only if necessary.
Is the fabric completely waterproof?
The fabric is water-resistant, meaning it can repel light moisture. It is not designed to be fully waterproof and should be protected from heavy or prolonged rain.
How do I secure the bench pad to my bench?

What material is the bench pad made of?
The bench pad is made of polyester fabric and foam padding.
What is the warranty period for this product?

Troubleshooting
Bench pad cover is difficult to remove or reattach.
Ensure the zipper is fully open before attempting to remove the cover. Align the zipper carefully when reattaching and zip slowly.
Bench pad feels less comfortable after washing.
Ensure the foam insert is properly reinserted into the cover after washing and drying. Check that the cover is not over-stuffed or under-stuffed.
Water is soaking through the fabric.
While the fabric is water-resistant, it is not fully waterproof. For prolonged exposure to heavy rain, it is recommended to bring the pad indoors or cover it.
Corner ties are not holding the pad securely.
Ensure the ties are knotted securely. If the ties show signs of wear, consider reinforcing them or replacing them with stronger ties.
