Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Adjust Straps: Begin by adjusting the shoulder straps. Utilize the grip sliders to shorten or lengthen them until they feel supportive without digging into your shoulders. Ensure both straps are evenly adjusted.
- Fasten Hook & Eye: Secure the 4-row cushioned hook & eye fastening at the back. Start with the loosest setting and tighten as needed for a firm yet comfortable fit around your ribcage.
- Check Fit: Your underband should sit level across your back and feel snug. Your breasts should be fully enclosed within the cups, with the wire sitting flat against your sternum and around your ribcage without gapping or digging.
- Racerback Conversion (Optional): To convert to a racerback, simply unclip one shoulder strap from its J-hook ring at the back, cross the straps over, and then re-clip the strap into the J-hook on the opposite side. This provides enhanced support and can be ideal for certain garments or activities.
Compatibility
This sports bra is designed for compatibility with standard athletic wear. Its multiway feature allows it to be worn under a variety of sports tops, from racerback tanks to t-shirts. Always ensure your outerwear allows for the bra's full coverage and support.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Curvy Kate Everymove Sports Bra, follow these care guidelines:
- Hand Wash Only: It is strongly recommended to hand wash this bra. Use cool water and a mild detergent. Gently agitate the bra in the water, focusing on cleaning the fabric without stretching or twisting the wires or elastic.
- Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse the bra thoroughly until all detergent is removed.
- Reshape and Air Dry: Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring). Reshape the cups and lay the bra flat or hang it over a drying rack. Allow it to air dry completely.
- Do Not Tumble Dry: Avoid using a tumble dryer. The heat can cause significant damage to the straps, elastic, underwire, and the innovative J-hook rings, leading to premature wear and tear or breakage.
