Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your HOKA Transport Hike remains in top condition, follow these guidelines. When first putting the shoes on, ensure the tongue is centered to allow the GORE-TEX bootie to create a proper seal. Use the speed lace hooks to achieve a snug, comfortable tension across the midfoot. For cleaning, remove loose mud or debris with a soft-bristled brush after your hike. If the shoes get heavily soiled, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap; do not machine wash or dry, as this can degrade the waterproof finish and structural components. Always allow your shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to prevent material deformation.
