It is recommended to use only clear water to prevent clogging the internal pump and nozzle system.

How do I trigger a spot cleaning mode?

You can select a specific room or coordinate zone directly through the Proscenic App interface.

Is the unit compatible with Apple HomeKit?

The Q10 currently supports Apple Watch controls and voice assistants, but please check the app for the latest integration updates.

What should I do if the mop is leaving streaks?

Ensure the microfiber cloth is pre-moistened before starting the cleaning cycle and check that the tank is securely attached.

Troubleshooting

Robot failing to connect to Wi-Fi

Verify your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz network and that the robot is within range during the initial setup.

Navigation is erratic or hitting obstacles

Clean the LiDAR laser sensor on top of the unit with a dry microfiber cloth and remove any loose cables or small objects from the floor.

Poor suction performance

Check the main brush roll for tangled hair or debris and ensure the dustbin is properly seated in the unit.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the Q10 involves placing the docking station against a wall with clear space on either side to assist with navigation. Download the Proscenic App and follow the in-app instructions to connect the device to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. For maintenance, ensure the 350ml dustbin is emptied regularly after each cycle, especially if cleaning up heavy pet hair. The 250ml water tank should be rinsed after mopping to prevent mold growth or clogs in the jets. Always ensure the LiDAR sensor area on the top of the unit remains free of dust to maintain accurate navigation mapping.
