Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony Ride 19 trainers, proper maintenance is essential.
- Sizing: Ensure you have a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt with a soft brush after your run. If they get muddy, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the midsole foam.
- Air Drying: Always let your shoes air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat sources like radiators or intense sunlight.
- Rotation: If you run daily, consider rotating with a second pair to allow the foam compression to reset fully between sessions.
