Check your lacing for tightness or pressure points. Experiment with different lacing patterns, such as skipping an eyelet. Ensure you are wearing appropriate running socks that prevent friction. If discomfort persists, verify you have the correct shoe size and width.

This can be a sign of the midsole cushioning reaching the end of its effective lifespan, especially with frequent high-impact use. While Adizero Evo SL is built for performance, all running shoes have a finite lifespan. Consider the mileage on your shoes. Ensure the shoes are clean and dry, as accumulated dirt can affect flexibility.

While the Continental Rubber Outsole provides excellent traction, extreme conditions can still be challenging. Check the outsole for wear; a worn outsole will have reduced grip. Adjust your stride to be shorter and more controlled on slippery surfaces, and be mindful of your running environment. Ensure the outsole is free of mud or debris.
