FAQs

What type of running is the Adizero Evo SL best suited for?

These shoes are primarily designed for racing and speed-focused running, offering optimal performance for competitive events and fast training sessions.

What is the heel-to-toe drop of these shoes?

The Adizero Evo SL has a midsole drop of 6mm (heel: 39mm / forefoot: 33mm), promoting a more efficient and natural stride.

Are these shoes made with recycled materials?

How much do the Adizero Evo SL shoes weigh?

Troubleshooting

Shoes feel too tight or uncomfortable during runs.

Ensure you have the correct size; these shoes have a standard fit. Re-adjust the lace tension, ensuring they are snug but not overly tight. Consider trying different lacing techniques to relieve pressure points.

Reduced grip on wet surfaces.

Check the Continental Rubber outsole for wear and tear. Ensure the treads are clean of any embedded debris, which can reduce traction. While the outsole offers excellent grip, always exercise caution on extremely wet or slippery conditions.

Shoes don't feel as fast or responsive as expected.

Verify the shoes are being used for their intended purpose – racing and speed work. Over time, all running shoes' cushioning can compress. Ensure you're not using them for excessive daily training which might prematurely wear out the responsive LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam. Proper running form also plays a significant role in perceiving speed.

The Adizero Evo SL features a standard lace-up closure for a secure and adjustable fit. Simply lace up the shoes to your comfort preference. These shoes are designed for adult males and are optimized for racing and speed-focused running. To ensure longevity and optimal performance, clean your Adizero Evo SL shoes regularly. Gently wipe the mesh and synthetic upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the materials and cushioning. Allow them to air dry naturally, away from direct heat. The Continental Rubber outsole can be scrubbed gently with a brush to remove dirt and maintain grip.
