Yes, it is made from a signature waterproof PU fabric with double-taped seams to provide high-level protection against rain.
Do not machine wash. Use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe away dirt. Hang the jacket to air dry completely before storing.
The Storm Breaker is a shell jacket. It is excellent for rain and wind, but you will need to wear insulating layers underneath for warmth in cold temperatures.
No, you should not iron the jacket as the heat can damage the PU material and the welded seams.
The jacket features a unisex, contemporary cut. We recommend checking the provided size chart to compare your measurements for the best fit.
If the water-repellent coating seems less effective, ensure the jacket is clean, as dirt can trap moisture. Wipe down with a damp cloth.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the track. If it remains stiff, apply a small amount of non-greasy silicone lubricant to the teeth.
This is common with waterproof materials during high activity. Ensure the rear vents are not covered by a backpack to maximize airflow.
For the best fit, consider that this is a unisex design; check the sizing guide to ensure the XL fits your layering preferences. To maintain the waterproof properties of the PU fabric, avoid machine washing or tumble drying. Instead, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap when necessary. Store the jacket on a sturdy hanger in a cool, dry place to prevent the material from creasing or sticking to itself over time.
