Yes, all necessary tools and hardware required for the assembly process are included in the box.
While the footrest is designed to be integrated, you can choose to keep it in the fully retracted position underneath the seat at all times.
Yes, the chair is designed with ergonomics in mind to provide consistent back support tailored for long-term comfort.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth with mild soap to wipe down the surface. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals.
The chair features multiple reclining levels, allowing you to move from an upright position to a near-flat resting position.
Check that all bolts under the seat and base are fully tightened. Ensure the gas lift cylinder is properly seated in the base.
Adjust the tilt tension knob located under the center of the seat; turning it counter-clockwise will usually reduce the resistance.
Locate the mounting bolts where the armrests connect to the seat base and tighten them firmly.
Assembly is straightforward but best performed with two people to hold the backrest in place while bolting it to the seat base. Ensure all bolts are hand-tightened first before fully securing them with the provided hex key to prevent misalignment. For ongoing care, clean the PU surface with a damp, soft cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may degrade the material. Check the tension of the bolts every six months to ensure the chair remains stable and rattle-free.
