Yes, the chair is designed with an integrated ergonomic support system, including a dedicated headrest area for neck support.

Use a damp microfiber cloth with a mild soap solution. Wipe immediately after cleaning to prevent water spots.
The chair is built with a heavy-duty frame designed to support standard adult weights comfortably for daily use.
Yes, but we recommend using a chair mat to protect your flooring from the rolling casters over time.
Check all mounting bolts and tighten them with the provided hex key, as loose hardware is the most common cause of noise.
Locate the linkage screws under the seat and ensure they are fully tightened and flush against the frame.
Ensure the slide rails are clean and free of debris; a small amount of silicone-based lubricant may be applied if friction persists.
Assembly of the LUCKRACER chair is straightforward using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial setup to prevent wobbling.
Compatibility: The chair is compatible with standard hard flooring and low-pile carpets, though it is recommended to use a floor mat if moving the chair frequently on hard surfaces to prevent scratching.
Care: Because this model is white, wipe the surfaces regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and skin oils. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes which could damage the finish. For deeper cleaning, use a mild upholstery-safe cleaner.
