Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because these are premium leather boots, proper care is essential. Setup involves ensuring the correct size; as leather stretches, the boots should feel snug but not tight upon first fitting. For maintenance, avoid harsh chemicals or detergents. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth after use to remove surface dirt and salt. Every few months, or when the leather appears dry, apply a high-quality leather conditioner to keep the material supple and prevent cracking. Never store these boots near radiators, fireplaces, or in direct sunlight, as prolonged heat exposure will dry out the leather and damage the sole bonding. If the boots get soaked, let them air dry slowly at room temperature away from direct heat sources.
