Troubleshooting
Lamp does not turn on
Ensure the lamp is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check that the light bulb is screwed in correctly and is not burnt out. Verify the power switch on the lamp is in the 'on' position.
Flickering light
Try replacing the light bulb with a new one. Ensure the bulb is compatible with the lamp's wattage and fitting. Check the power connection for stability.
Base feels unstable
Ensure the lamp is placed on a perfectly flat and level surface. Check for any debris or unevenness beneath the marble base. If the surface is uneven, consider using a small shim.
