Troubleshooting

Lamp does not turn on

Ensure the lamp is securely plugged into a working power outlet. Check if the bulb is correctly installed and functional. Verify that the touch dimmer is clean and dry.

Light flickers or is dim

Check the bulb connection to ensure it is screwed in properly. The bulb itself may be nearing the end of its lifespan or is not compatible. Try a different compatible bulb.

Touch dimmer is unresponsive

Ensure the touch dimmer area on the base is clean and free from moisture or dust. Try unplugging the lamp for a minute and plugging it back in to reset the electronics.

Lamp feels unstable

Confirm the lamp is placed on a flat, even surface. The marble base is designed for stability; ensure it has not been damaged and is correctly positioned.
