For the best fit, ensure you are wearing the appropriate thickness of socks you intend to use daily. Since the ProGrid Omni 9 is a structured shoe, they fit true to size. To care for your trainers, avoid machine washing. Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the mesh and synthetic overlays. For deeper cleaning, gently wipe the mid-sole with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping or adhesive breakdown.
