The Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 OG is a versatile trainer designed for adults who value a blend of heritage aesthetic and modern comfort. Originally launched in 2010, this re-released silhouette offers a distinct, timeless look perfect for casual wear, though its technical design remains best suited for everyday mobility rather than heavy-duty performance athletic training.

While it features performance-inspired technology, it is designed primarily as a lifestyle trainer and is better suited for walking and casual daily use.
They generally fit true to size. If you have a wider foot, you may prefer going up a half size, but standard sizing usually works for most users.
Yes, the insoles are removable if you need to insert custom orthotics for additional support.
The materials are durable for light moisture, but they are not waterproof. It is best to avoid heavy rain to protect the upper fabric.
The OG version specifically recreates the 2010 design specifications, whereas newer models often utilize updated materials and modern construction methods.
Try adjusting the lacing pattern to a 'window' lacing technique to relieve pressure on the top of the foot.
Use a dry, soft brush or a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to gently clear debris from the mesh pores.
To ensure your Saucony trainers maintain their appearance, keep them away from excessive mud or harsh cleaning chemicals. We recommend spot-cleaning with a soft-bristled brush, mild soap, and warm water. Avoid placing them in a washing machine, as the heat and agitation can compromise the materials and the ProGrid unit. For storage, keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent material fading. Because these are unisex trainers, verify your UK size against the standard sizing guide before purchase to ensure the intended fit.
