FAQs

Is the woodgrain finish real wood?

No, the woodgrain finish is a high-quality decorative effect designed to mimic the appearance of art frames.

Will the woodgrain pattern match my furniture?

Because the finish is a decorative effect, each unit has unique variations in color and grain pattern, meaning it may not perfectly match other wood products.

Can this TV be mounted on any wall?

It is designed for standard vertical walls; ensure your wall structure can support the weight of the television and the specific flush-mount hardware.

What is the screen size?

This specific model, the 43A400 Pro-UK, has a 43-inch screen diagonal.

Does it support 4K resolution?

Yes, this model features a 4K Ultra HD panel.

Are there larger versions of this Art TV?

Yes, TCL offers this series in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch variants.

Troubleshooting

The screen does not sit flush against the wall

Verify that you are using a compatible ultra-slim flush-mount bracket and check for any protruding cables behind the unit that may be preventing a flat fit.

Colors appear dull or washed out

Access the picture settings menu and ensure the color space or saturation settings are adjusted to your preference, or reset to 'Standard' or 'Cinema' mode.

Pros and Cons

Sleek flush-mount design minimizes wall gaps
Quantum Dot display offers superior color accuracy

Cons

Woodgrain finish variations mean no two units look identical
Requires professional or precise mounting for flush-mount effect
Size is limited to 43 inches in this specific model

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To achieve the signature look of the TCL 43A400 Pro-UK, ensure your mounting surface is completely flat. Use a compatible VESA-standard flush mount bracket to maintain the ultra-slim profile.

For care, treat the screen with a dry, soft microfiber cloth to prevent static buildup and dust accumulation. Because the frame features a decorative woodgrain effect, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive pads on the frame surface, as these may damage the decorative finish. Keep the display out of direct, prolonged sunlight to maintain the integrity of the panel and the decorative woodgrain aesthetic over time.
