FAQs

Can I use a table stand instead of wall mounting?

The A400PRO is specifically designed for a flush-wall mount aesthetic; using a third-party stand may impact the intended design and stability.

Does it support HDR content?

Yes, the 4K Ultra HD panel is designed to handle high-dynamic-range content for improved depth and color.

Is Google TV pre-installed?

Yes, Google TV is built-in, providing access to major streaming platforms right out of the box.

How do I keep the screen clean?

Use a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Do not use liquids, glass cleaner, or abrasive materials.

Is this TV suitable for bright rooms?

Yes, the matte anti-glare screen is specifically optimized for rooms with high ambient light.

Troubleshooting

Screen appears blurry or soft

Check your streaming service's quality settings and ensure you have a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.

Television not connecting to Wi-Fi

Restart your router and the TV, then ensure the TV firmware is updated via the Settings menu.

Reflections visible on the screen

While the matte screen minimizes glare, direct sunlight hitting the panel can still cause some reflection; use sheer curtains to diffuse harsh light.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sophisticated design that mounts flush to the wall
Effective anti-glare screen prevents distracting light reflections
QD-Mini LED offers excellent contrast and vibrant colors
Intuitive Google TV interface for seamless content navigation

Cons

Requires professional or careful wall-mounting for the flush look
The matte finish may slightly reduce the perceived 'pop' of colors compared to glossy high-end OLEDs
Limited to specific aesthetic use-cases compared to standard stand-mounted TVs

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For the best results, the A400PRO requires a dedicated wall-mounting bracket to ensure it sits flush. Ensure your wall surface can support the weight of the unit before installation. To care for the matte anti-glare screen, use only a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol, or paper towels, as these can damage the matte coating and leave permanent streaks. The device is fully compatible with modern streaming standards; ensure you are using a high-speed HDMI cable for any external devices to take full advantage of the 4K resolution.
