FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

It is recommended to spot clean the shoes. Frequent machine washing can break down the materials and the adhesive strength of the straps.

Do these trainers provide arch support?

The design includes heel-to-midfoot cushioning which provides general stability and support suitable for daily activities.

Can I use these for sports like soccer or basketball?

These trainers are designed for casual wear and general play. They do not have the specialized traction or lateral support required for high-intensity sports.

What is the best way to keep the white shoes clean?

Wipe the uppers regularly with a soft damp cloth. Avoid using harsh bleaching agents which can damage the fabric fibers.

Are these shoes true to size?

Yes, they generally follow standard children's sizing, but it is always best to measure the child's foot before purchasing as fit can vary.

Troubleshooting

Hook-and-loop strap is losing its grip

Use a pair of tweezers or a comb to remove lint, hair, and debris trapped within the hooks of the strap.

Shoes feel tight after a long day

Ensure the child is wearing appropriate socks and verify the fit as children's feet grow quickly; loosen the strap for better circulation.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy-to-use hook-and-loop fastening system for independent dressing
Breathable material keeps feet comfortable for long periods
Enhanced durability with targeted rubber outsole pads
Cushioned design provides necessary support for kids on the move
Unisex design suitable for all children

Cons

Hook-and-loop straps may collect debris over time
White colourways may show dirt more easily than darker versions
Not intended for technical terrain or professional racing

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Because these trainers use a simple hook-and-loop fastening system, they require no complicated setup or break-in period. To ensure the longest lifespan for your On Cloud Play Trainers, remove them by undoing the strap fully rather than forcing the foot out to maintain the shape of the collar. If the shoes become dirty, spot clean the upper with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. For the outsole, you can brush away dried mud with a soft brush. Always air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent the materials from warping or degrading.
