FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

It is recommended to hand-wash using a damp cloth. Machine washing may compromise the structural integrity and adhesive elements of the shoe.

How do I determine the right size for my child?

Use a standard foot measuring device and leave roughly 1cm of room for comfort and growth.

Can the insoles be replaced?

Yes, the insoles are removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics if required.

Are these suitable for wide feet?

The Cloud Play trainers are designed with a standard fit, but the flexible upper allows for some natural movement for most foot shapes.

What is the primary material used in the upper?

The trainers feature a high-quality, breathable fabric designed to maximize ventilation.

Are the fasteners safe for toddlers to use?

Yes, the hook-and-loop system is specifically designed for easy use by children to encourage independence.

Troubleshooting

Hook-and-loop strap won't stay fastened

Clean the hook-and-loop surface using a small brush to remove trapped lint or debris.

Shoes feeling slippery on wet surfaces

Ensure the outsole rubber pads are free from mud or debris that can compromise grip.

Persistent foot odor

Remove the insoles after use to allow the shoe to air out fully overnight.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your On Cloud Play Trainers last, follow these care instructions:

Initial Fit: Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between the toes and the front of the shoe to allow for growth.
Cleaning: Wipe the upper with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
Fastener Maintenance: Regularly check the hook-and-loop strap for lint or small rocks that may prevent it from sticking properly.
Drying: Air dry the trainers away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials.
