It is windproof and features hydrophobic properties that repel light moisture, but it is not fully waterproof.
Store it hanging in a dry, well-ventilated area to maintain the loft of the down insulation.
Yes, but use a gentle cycle, cold water, and a specific down detergent to protect the internal fill.
The design features protective elements to shield you from the wind; check the drawcords for specific fit customization.
Tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls until it is completely dry; do not air dry alone as the down may clump.
This is common with new down products. Gently pull the feather back inside from the opposite side rather than pulling it out, which can enlarge the stitch hole.
The down may be clumped. Tumble dry the jacket on low heat with dryer balls for 15-20 minutes to redistribute the insulation.
To ensure your jacket remains in peak condition, always check the care label inside the garment before cleaning. When washing, use a dedicated down cleaner to avoid stripping the natural oils from the feathers. It is crucial to tumble dry the jacket on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to help fluff the down back to its original loft. Avoid storing the jacket compressed for long periods; hang it in a cool, dry place to allow the down to breathe.
