FAQs
Does this package include the frame?

Can I use this on an Isla gazebo?

How do I clean the fabric?
Use a soft sponge with mild soapy water. Avoid using pressure washers or bleach.
Is the fabric waterproof?

What are the exact dimensions?
The canopy dimensions are 376cm by 250cm.
What is the material density?
The canopy is made from 180 g/m² polyester.
Troubleshooting
Canopy feels loose after installation
Ensure all corner attachments are fully secured and verify that the frame bars are correctly locked into their expanded positions.
Water pooling on the top
Check that the frame height is adjusted evenly on all four sides to promote proper runoff; do not let debris accumulate on the roof surface.
Pros and Cons

Cons
- Roof canopy only; frame not included

- May require seasonal removal in heavy winter conditions
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, clear the area and ensure your original 3x4m Condate frame is fully assembled and stable. Remove your old canopy by undoing the securing points, then drape the new 376x250cm cover over the structure, aligning the corners and air vent section carefully.
Regarding compatibility, verify that your model is specifically the 'Condate' series; this cover will not fit the 'Isla' series or other generic 3x4m gazebos due to differing attachment styles. For maintenance, keep the fabric clean by brushing off debris periodically. If the canopy becomes soiled, spot clean with mild soapy water and a soft sponge. Never use harsh chemicals or pressure washers, as these can strip the water-repellent coating. Always ensure the fabric is completely dry before storing it for extended periods to prevent mold growth.
