FAQs
Will this fit the Isla 3x4m gazebo?

Is the metal frame included in the package?
No, this product is a replacement canopy roof only; the pergola frame must be purchased separately.
Can I leave this canopy out in the winter?
It is recommended to remove and store the canopy during winter months to protect the fabric from harsh weather and frost.
How do I clean the beige fabric?
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt and a damp cloth with mild soap for spot cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals.
What is the weight of the fabric?

Troubleshooting
The canopy appears too loose or saggy after installation.
Check that all corner attachments are fully secured and that the fabric is centered correctly on the frame rafters.
Water is pooling in the middle of the canopy during rain.
Ensure the tensioning points are taut and remove any accumulated debris that may be weighing the fabric down.
