FAQs
Can I use these shoes for running?
These shoes are designed for walking and casual daily wear. They lack the technical support and impact protection required for long-distance running.
Are they machine washable?
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes. Please stick to surface cleaning with a damp cloth.
What is the Heel Pillow for?
The Heel Pillow provides a cushioned, secure fit that prevents your heel from slipping out while walking.
Do I need to tie the laces every time?
The shoes are designed as a slip-on with laces. Once you have adjusted them to your preferred tension, you can often slide them on and off without re-tying.
Are the insoles removable?
The Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole is generally integrated into the design. We recommend keeping it inside for the intended comfort experience.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel tight after a long day
Feet often swell during the day; try loosening the laces slightly to accommodate natural volume changes.
Insole feels less supportive over time
Memory foam eventually compresses; ensure you are not wearing the shoes for more than 10-12 hours straight without a rest period.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent underfoot comfort thanks to memory foam technology
- Easy to put on and remove with the slip-on construction
- Secure heel fit prevents slippage during movement
- Modern, versatile design suitable for casual and sporty outfits
Cons
- Not specifically designed for high-impact athletic training
- Mesh material may require careful cleaning to avoid staining
- Limited availability in certain sizes depending on the specific model variant
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Skechers Stamina Sport shoes remain in optimal condition, use them for their intended daily activity rather than heavy-duty sports. For cleaning, spot-clean the mesh upper with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing, as this can degrade the memory foam structure and the adhesive bonds of the leather overlays. If the shoes get wet, let them air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material cracking or warping.
