FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
While the materials are durable, it is recommended to spot clean with mild soap and water to preserve the shape of the Heel Pillow and the integrity of the memory foam.
Do I need to use my hands to put them on?
No, the Skechers Slip-ins technology is specifically designed so you can slide your foot directly into the shoe without needing to use your hands.
Is the insole removable?
Yes, the Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole is designed to be comfortable but can be removed if you require custom orthotics.
Can these be worn for running?
These are primarily designed for casual wear and walking; for high-intensity running, we recommend a dedicated performance athletic shoe.
What is the Heel Pillow feature?
It is an internal cushion integrated into the heel cup that grips your heel gently to prevent slipping while ensuring the shoe stays secure on your foot.
Troubleshooting
Heel slipping while walking
Ensure your sizing is correct; if the heel moves excessively, you may require a half-size smaller to allow the Heel Pillow to lock onto your heel properly.
Loss of cushioning over time
Remove the insole to allow it to air out completely. If the memory foam is severely compressed, you can replace the insole with a standard aftermarket insert.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These shoes are designed for an immediate fit out of the box, requiring no break-in period for most users. To maintain the integrity of the material, avoid machine washing if possible; instead, spot clean with a mild soap and a soft cloth. Ensure the mesh remains dry to prevent odors. For the best compatibility, ensure you have measured your foot correctly according to standard UK sizing, as the Heel Pillow design relies on a snug fit to keep your foot anchored in the shoe.
