Carefully re-check all assembly points. Ensure all screws and connectors are properly aligned and tightened according to the instructions. Sometimes, an uneven surface can also contribute to wobbling, so try moving it to a flat floor.

Ensure each tote bag is oriented correctly within its compartment. The self-locating rim is designed to guide the bags into place, so a slight adjustment of the bag's position or a gentle push down should seat it correctly. Check that no part of the bag is caught on the frame.

Verify that the main basket structure is assembled squarely and evenly. An uneven frame can cause the lid to sit improperly. Also, check for any obstructions inside the basket or along the top rim that might be preventing the lid from closing fully.
