Info needed: Specific washing instructions for the fabric tote bags are not provided in the general product description. Please refer to the care label inside the bags or the manufacturer's website for precise cleaning guidelines.

Is any assembly required for the laundry basket?

No complex assembly is required. The main basket structure is typically ready to use, and you simply place the three fabric tote bags inside.

What material is the exterior of the laundry basket?

The exterior is made from a stylish fabric, providing a soft yet durable finish that complements various home decors.

Can this laundry basket be used for other storage purposes?

While primarily designed for laundry sorting, its organized compartments and stylish appearance make it suitable for storing other household items like toys, blankets, or towels if desired.

Does the basket have a lid?

Are replacement tote bags available?

Info needed: Please check with the manufacturer's customer service or website directly regarding the availability of replacement tote bags.

Troubleshooting

Tote bags are difficult to lift when full.

Avoid overfilling the individual 30-litre tote bags. Lift using both top handles, distributing the weight evenly. If consistently too heavy, consider smaller, more frequent loads.

Tote bag doesn't drop easily back into the basket after emptying.

Ensure the bag's rim is correctly aligned with the top opening of the main basket. The self-locating design should guide it into place with a gentle push. Check for any obstructions around the rim.

Basket exterior appears dirty or stained.

Spot clean the fabric exterior using a slightly damp cloth with a small amount of mild, diluted detergent. Blot the area gently, then wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Allow to air dry completely.

Unpleasant odors are coming from the basket.

This usually indicates laundry has been left inside for too long, especially damp items. Empty the bags regularly. You can also sprinkle baking soda inside the empty bags and basket, let it sit for a few hours, then vacuum it out. Ensure laundry is dry before placing it in the basket.
