Setup, Compatibility & Care
Getting Started: When you first receive your boots, ensure the fit is snug but not tight across the instep. Because they feature a removable footbed, you can easily test the fit with or without your own orthotics to find your ideal comfort level.
Suede Care: To keep your boots in pristine condition, use a soft-bristled suede brush to gently remove surface dust and dirt after each wear. Never attempt to clean suede with water or harsh chemical cleaners, as this can permanently damage the nap. We highly recommend applying a dedicated suede protector spray before wearing them outdoors for the first time to help repel water and prevent stains.
Storage: Store the boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the suede from fading. If the boots become damp, allow them to air dry slowly at room temperature away from heat sources like radiators, which can cause the suede to crack or become stiff.
