The Gabor Hodie is a versatile calf-length boot designed for women seeking a blend of sophisticated style and reliable everyday comfort during cooler months. Constructed from premium suede with a stable wooden-effect block heel, these boots are an excellent choice for work or casual outings, though the suede material requires attentive care to maintain its finish in wet weather.

Yes, the Gabor Hodie features removable insoles, making them suitable for most standard custom orthotic inserts.
No, they are made from suede and are not waterproof. We recommend using a suede-safe water repellent spray to protect against light moisture.
The boots feature a stable 4 cm wooden-effect block heel.
Use a suede brush for dry dirt. For tougher stains, use a dedicated suede cleaning block or foam.
A D-fitting is a standard width sizing that provides a comfortable, average fit for most women.
They are not designed for deep snow or heavy ice conditions; they are better suited for daily dry or light-weather wear.
Try removing the included recycled insole to gain a bit more internal volume or swap for a thinner insole.
Use a soft suede brush to gently lift the fibers of the leather, working in a light, back-and-forth motion.
Ensure no fabric or lining is caught in the teeth, and apply a small amount of dry lubricant specifically for zippers if needed.
Before wearing your Gabor Hodie boots, it is recommended to apply a high-quality suede protector spray to guard against light water splashes and surface dust. To maintain the appearance, gently brush the suede in one direction using a specialized suede brush to remove loose dirt. If the boots get wet, let them air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the material to harden or shrink. Because these boots feature a D-fitting, they generally fit true to size, but the removable insole makes them highly compatible with custom orthotic inserts should you need them.
