Are the inner buckets dishwasher safe?
The inner buckets are best cleaned by hand with warm soapy water to ensure the plastic remains in top condition.

The total capacity is 34 litres, split between a 23-litre bucket and an 11-litre bucket.
Troubleshooting
Lid does not stay closed
Check if the latch mechanism is obstructed by debris or if the unit is slightly off-level, which can affect the soft-touch alignment.
Bin wobbles on floor
Adjust the individual non-skid feet by screwing them in or out until all four legs make firm, even contact with the floor.
Buckets difficult to remove
Ensure the bucket handles are folded down fully and that no waste is caught between the bucket and the internal bin wall.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the Bo Touch Bin involves simply snapping the click-on legs into the base and adjusting the non-skid feet until the unit is stable. To maintain the bin, remove the inner buckets periodically to rinse them with warm soapy water. The outer casing is finished with a durable coating that can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals on the exterior to preserve the grey finish. For optimal function, ensure the bin is placed on a flat, level surface to allow the lid mechanism to engage properly.
