The adidas Essentials High Support Bra is designed for active women who require maximum stability during high-impact training and running. Featuring advanced moisture-wicking technology and customizable straps, it provides a reliable, bounce-free experience for intense workouts; however, users should note that the high-support construction is engineered for a firm compression fit that may feel restrictive for low-intensity activities.

While it can be used for yoga, the high-support compression may feel too restrictive. It is specifically optimized for running and high-impact training.
Refer to the brand's size chart using your under-bust and cup measurements to ensure the best fit, as high-support bras rely on a snug fit for performance.
Yes, the pads are removable through interior slots if you prefer to wear the bra without them.
To prevent premature wear or fading, wash in cold water and avoid harsh bleaches or fabric softeners.
This product is designed for workout training and is not intended for use in chlorine-heavy environments like swimming pools.
Adjust the strap length to distribute weight more evenly or switch to the crisscross configuration.
Verify the under-bust band is snug against the ribcage and that the straps are sufficiently tightened.
Remove pads through the interior slots, flatten them, and re-insert to ensure they are seated correctly in the lining.
To achieve the best fit, adjust the straps while wearing the bra to ensure the band sits flush against the ribcage without digging into the skin. If you prefer a crisscross configuration for extra stability, adjust the hooks before putting the garment on. For maintenance, it is recommended to wash the bra in cold water with similar synthetic fabrics. If you choose to machine wash, using a mesh laundry bag will help preserve the shape of the built-in pads and prevent the straps from tangling with other clothing. Always air dry the garment to maintain the elasticity of the moisture-wicking fibers.
