The adidas Essentials High Support Bra is designed for active women who prioritize stability and comfort during high-intensity activities like running. This garment utilizes moisture-absorbing AEROREADY technology and high-support construction to maintain a dry, secure feel throughout your workout. While it provides excellent coverage and a customizable fit, users should note that the tight, high-support design may require careful sizing to ensure maximum comfort during extended wear.

While it is designed for high-impact activities like running, it can be used for yoga if you prefer maximum support, though some may find the high-support structure too rigid for deep stretches.
Refer to standard sizing charts; the C cup is designed for a specific bust-to-band ratio provided by adidas.
It is highly recommended to air dry to preserve the integrity of the Adiflex fabric and the elastic support components.
The bra includes built-in pads designed to provide a natural shape; they are integrated into the design for consistent performance.
Yes, it is machine washable. Using a mesh laundry bag is recommended to prevent the hook-and-eye closure from snagging on other items.
Adjust the hook-and-eye closure to the loosest setting or ensure the shoulder straps are not overtightened.
Try converting the straps to the crisscross configuration to pull the fabric closer to the body and increase support.
Ensure the bra is the correct size and consider using an anti-chafe balm on friction points until the fabric settles.
To achieve the best fit, adjust the straps while wearing the bra to ensure the band sits horizontally across your back. You can convert the straps to a crisscross style if you require extra stability or prefer a different look under racerback tops. For care, this bra is machine washable. It is recommended to use a laundry bag to protect the hook-and-eye components and to air dry the garment to maintain the elasticity and performance of the fabric over time.
