The Jordan Air Jordan 1 Low Alt Trainer is designed for infants who need a combination of iconic basketball style and practical, everyday functionality. Its standout benefit is the easy-to-use hook-and-loop closure system, which simplifies the process of putting on and taking off shoes for busy parents and toddlers alike. While the durable leather construction offers excellent support, caregivers should note that the stiff nature of high-quality leather may require a short break-in period for maximum infant comfort.

Check the hook-and-loop material for trapped lint or threads and carefully remove them with a pair of tweezers or a stiff brush.
Gently flex the leather upper by hand to soften the material, or allow the child to wear them for short durations indoors to break them in gradually.
Ensure the hook-and-loop strap is fully opened and the tongue is pulled forward before inserting the foot.
These trainers require no special setup; simply loosen the hook-and-loop strap to widen the opening before guiding the child's foot in. Ensure the heel is fully seated inside the back of the shoe before tightening the strap. For care, avoid machine washing, which can damage the leather finish and adhesive components. Instead, wipe the leather exterior with a damp, soft cloth to remove dirt. If the outsole accumulates grit, a soft brush can be used to clean the tread pattern. To maintain shape, store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the leather to crack over time.
