Troubleshooting
Hook-and-loop closure is not sticking securely
Remove any lint, dust, or hair buildup from the velcro surface using a small brush or tweezers.
Shoe feels too loose
Verify if the child is wearing appropriate thickness socks, or consider adding a thin foam insert if you have sized up.
Scuff marks on the upper
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning wipe or a gentle eraser to buff out marks from the leather-style material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Jordan Air Jordan 1 Low Alt trainers, keep these tips in mind:
- Fitting: Since these run large, test the fit with the socks your child will wear most often before regular use.
- Cleaning: Wipe the upper with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging the shoes in water to maintain the integrity of the materials.
- Storage: Keep the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the brown and black colorways over time.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect the hook-and-loop fasteners to ensure they remain free of lint or debris, which can affect their stickiness.
