Can I use these for running?
While they provide great support for walking and light fitness, they are best categorized as lifestyle and casual trainers.
How do I prevent the white color from yellowing?
Keep them stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and clean them regularly to prevent dirt buildup.
Are these shoes machine washable?
Machine washing is generally discouraged as it can damage the internal structure; manual cleaning is recommended.

Troubleshooting

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Saucony Grid Legacy Trainers maintain their performance, follow these guidelines:
- Setup: Ensure you are wearing the correct size; as an adult female trainer, these are designed for standard width, so ensure your socks match the intended activity level.
- Compatibility: These trainers are best suited for urban walking and light fitness activities rather than high-intensity technical sports.
- Care: To maintain the white aesthetic, gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth after exposure to mud or dust. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft-bristled brush, then allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent material damage.
