FAQs
Are these trainers suitable for running?
These trainers are designed for walking and light athleisure activities. While they are comfortable and flexible, they may not offer the specialized support required for intense or long-distance running.
How do I determine the correct size?
Refer to Skechers' official sizing chart for accurate measurements. This guide is for a UK size 7.5, so consult the chart for equivalent US or EU sizes if needed.
Can I wear these without socks?
Yes, the Skechers Memory Foam insole and breathable knit upper are designed for comfortable wear with or without socks.
How often should I machine wash these trainers?
Machine wash only when necessary to maintain the integrity of the materials. For light dirt, spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended.
What is the benefit of the bungee lacing system?
The bungee lacing system provides a secure, slip-on fit that is easy to adjust and eliminates the need for traditional shoelaces, offering convenience and a consistent fit.
Do these trainers offer good arch support?
The Skechers Memory Foam insole provides cushioning and some contouring, but individuals requiring significant arch support may need to consider adding orthotic inserts.
What is the material of the upper?
The upper is made from a soft, heathered jersey knit material, which is breathable and flexible.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight after first wear
The Memory Foam insole will mold to your foot with a few wears. If still uncomfortable, ensure laces are adjusted loosely for initial wear or consider removing and reinserting the insole to check fit.
Insole loses cushioning quickly
Ensure the shoes are not used for high-impact activities beyond their design. Follow care instructions strictly to avoid damage to the foam.
Machine washing causes damage
Always use a gentle cycle with cold water and place shoes in a protective bag. Avoid using a dryer; air dry only.
Outsole showing excessive wear
While abrasion-resistant, the outsole is designed for casual use. Limit use for high-impact sports or rough terrain to prolong its life.
