FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?

The Runfalcon 5 EL has a standard athletic fit, but the flexible upper and adjustable strap allow for some customization in fit.

Can the insoles be removed?

The insoles are generally integrated into the shoe design, and we recommend keeping them in place to maintain the Cloudfoam performance.

Are these machine washable?

We do not recommend machine washing, as it can damage the structural integrity and the adhesive bond of the sole.

What is the primary material used?

They feature a synthetic and fabric upper with a durable rubber outsole for lasting wear.

Are these suitable for indoor gym use?

Yes, the rubber soles provide excellent non-marking traction suitable for most indoor school gym surfaces.

Troubleshooting

Hook-and-loop strap loses stickiness

Clear out any debris, lint, or hair trapped in the hook-and-loop fasteners using a comb or tweezers.

Shoes feel tight after a growth spurt

Check if the inner liner is fully flat and ensure socks are not too thick; if the foot continues to press against the front, it is time for the next size up.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Quick and easy hook-and-loop strap for independent children
Highly comfortable Cloudfoam midsole
Lightweight design prevents foot fatigue
Stylish blue and yellow color scheme

Cons

Not specifically designed for professional high-impact sports
Fabric upper may require frequent cleaning if used in mud
Limited to specific age group sizing

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These trainers require no "break-in" period; they are ready for use right out of the box. To ensure a proper fit, ensure there is a small amount of space at the front of the toe box for natural foot growth. To maintain the appearance and longevity of the trainers:

Remove loose dirt after use by tapping the soles together or using a soft-bristled brush.
Spot clean the fabric upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.
Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the foam cushioning and adhesives.
Air dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent material warping.
