FAQs
What does FG MG mean for the soleplate?
FG MG stands for Firm Ground / Multi Ground. It means the stud configuration is designed to perform well on both natural grass pitches and artificial grass.
Are these boots suitable for players with wide feet?
The NIKESKIN upper is designed to be pliable and wrap the foot. While generally accommodating, players with very wide feet might find them snug. A proper fit check is recommended.
How does the Zoom Air cushioning work?
The Zoom Air unit is a pressurized air pocket embedded in the sole. Combined with the forefoot studs, it provides responsive cushioning and energy return when the foot compresses it upon impact.
What is the inspiration behind the Mbappe Chapter 2 edition?
This edition is inspired by Kylian Mbappe's love for the Air Max lineage, specifically referencing details from the Nike TN Air Max Plus 7, along with special KM AIR branding.
Can I wear these boots for indoor football?
No, the FG MG soleplate is not designed for indoor courts. For indoor play, a specific indoor court shoe (IC) is recommended.
How do I clean the NIKESKIN upper?
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking the material.
What sizes are these boots available in?
These boots are available in various adult UK sizes. Please check the product listing for the specific size range offered.
Troubleshooting
Boots feel too tight or uncomfortable
Try loosening the laces and re-lacing to distribute pressure. If discomfort persists after a few wearings, consider the fit may not be suitable for your foot shape.
Traction seems inconsistent on artificial grass
Ensure the soleplate is clean and free of debris. The FG MG stud pattern is optimized for hybrid surfaces; performance can vary slightly on older or specific types of artificial turf.
Material appears creased or warped after drying
This can happen if exposed to excessive heat. Always air dry boots naturally away from direct heat sources.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup:
- Lacing: Ensure laces are comfortably secured for a snug fit. Avoid over-tightening, which can restrict circulation.
- Fit Check: Walk around to confirm the boots fit well, with no excessive pressure points or heel slippage.
Compatibility:
- Surface: The FG MG (MultiGround) soleplate is designed for use on both firm natural grass pitches and modern artificial grass surfaces. It is not recommended for use on hard ground, clay, or indoor courts.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: After use, remove excess dirt with a soft brush or damp cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or soaking the boots in water.
- Drying: Allow boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources (e.g., radiators, direct sunlight) as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in a boot bag, away from extreme temperatures.
