The Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 is designed for adult men seeking a blend of 2000s-inspired aesthetics and modern athletic support. This trainer provides exceptional stability and responsive cushioning for daily wear, though its retro construction is best suited for casual walking and light activity rather than high-intensity technical training. Key highlights include the breathable mesh upper, durable rubber outsole, and the signature ProGrid midsole technology.

The ProGrid Omni 9 is designed primarily as a lifestyle trainer. While it offers good support, it is best for walking and light activity rather than long-distance running.
Use a soft-bristled brush or damp cloth with a mild soap solution to gently scrub away surface stains, then let it air dry.
Yes, the ProGrid technology and structured overlays provide a stable platform that offers moderate arch support.
Yes, these are generally consistent with standard UK sizing for Saucony trainers.
The stock insoles are removable, allowing you to swap them for custom orthotics if required.
No, the breathable mesh upper is designed for ventilation and will not prevent water from soaking through in heavy rain.
Adjust the lace tension by loosening the eyelets near the tongue to allow for more volume.
Check the outsole for embedded debris or buildup in the grooves that may be reducing contact area.
This is a normal characteristic of the materials; use a shoe tree when not in use to help maintain shape.
For the best fit, ensure you select your standard UK sizing as the ProGrid Omni 9 features a true-to-size construction. When new, wear the trainers indoors for a few hours to allow the materials to adapt to your foot shape. To maintain the appearance of the white and silver upper, wipe the shoes down with a damp cloth after exposure to mud or heavy dust. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as high heat can damage the synthetic overlays and adhesive components of the outsole. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
