Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your ProGrid Omni 9s, start by loosening the laces to allow the structured upper to accommodate your foot shape during the initial break-in period. If you wear custom orthotics, the factory insoles are generally removable, though the shoe's built-in stability may suffice for most wearers.
For care, wipe the suede and leather overlays with a soft, dry brush to remove loose dirt. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water, as this can degrade the adhesives and damage the suede material. For stubborn stains on the mesh portions, use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth, then allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
