While based on a performance basketball shoe, this retro release is intended for lifestyle and casual use rather than high-intensity court sports.
Use a damp microfiber cloth with a very mild soap solution, dabbing gently rather than scrubbing to avoid damaging the mesh fabric.
Generally, the Air Jordan 4 fits true to size. If you prefer a wider fit, some users suggest going up half a size, but standard sizing is recommended.
It is best to avoid wet conditions, as the suede-like material can soak up water and potentially stain or lose its texture.
This design is inspired by Michael Jordan's nickname, 'The Black Cat,' emphasizing his sleek and stealthy playing style.
Use a soft-bristled suede brush or a specialized lint roller to gently lift away surface particles.
Check if the insole is dry; if not, remove it and let the shoe air dry thoroughly, or use a small amount of baby powder under the insole.
Use a shoe tree when not wearing the trainers to help maintain the structure and minimize deep creases.
To keep your trainers in top condition, ensure you wear them with appropriate socks to manage moisture. For care, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dust and dirt after each wear to prevent buildup in the mesh panels. If the surface becomes lightly marked, use a specialist suede eraser. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents, as this can affect the colour saturation and material texture. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
