Troubleshooting

Wobbly table or sofa section

Ensure all bolts and screws are fully tightened. Check that the furniture is placed on a level surface. Adjust leveling feet if present.

Cushions not drying properly

Ensure they are placed in a well-ventilated area away from direct, constant moisture. Check if the inner filling is saturated; if so, it may take longer to dry.

Rattan weave appears loose or damaged

For minor looseness, gently tuck it back. For significant damage, contact customer support for repair options or replacement parts.

Table top staining

Wipe up spills immediately. Use a mild detergent for cleaning. For stubborn stains, consult care instructions for plywood surfaces.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Assembly is required. It is recommended to have two people for easier setup. Ensure all parts are present before beginning and follow the provided instructions carefully. Tighten bolts securely but avoid overtightening.

Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use on flat surfaces such as patios, decking, or well-maintained lawns. Ensure the intended location is spacious enough to accommodate the full dimensions of the corner sofa and table.

Care:

Rattan: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
