Are these trainers good for running?
These are primarily designed for casual use and walking, rather than high-impact sports or long-distance running.
How do these support shelter animals?

Troubleshooting
Heel feeling loose despite slip-in design
Ensure the laces are tightened slightly to create a more secure lockdown against the heel pillow.
Insole losing shape over time
Remove the insole if possible to air out, and ensure you are not wearing the shoes in damp or humid conditions for extended periods.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve the best results, ensure the laces are adjusted correctly upon first use to allow for a snug but comfortable fit. Because they are machine washable, it is recommended to wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle and let them air dry completely away from direct heat sources. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach on the mesh material. Since these are casual trainers, they pair well with leggings, athletic wear, or casual jeans. Always check your specific size (such as 4.5 UK) against the size guide to ensure optimal support from the memory foam insole.
