Troubleshooting

Device won't turn on.

Check if the battery is charged. If not, connect to a power source and recharge. Ensure the on/off switch is in the 'on' position.

Poor water flow.

Check the water pipe for kinks or blockages. Ensure the water tank has sufficient water and that the pump is working correctly.

Streaking on windows.

Ensure the squeegee blade is clean and in good condition. Use a clean microfibre cloth to wipe away any remaining water.

Battery drains quickly.

Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Avoid leaving the system on when not in use. Consider replacing the battery if it consistently drains quickly.
