Can I adjust the fit of the sandals?
Yes, the sandals feature an adjustable slingback closure that allows you to customize the fit for a secure and comfortable feel.

Troubleshooting
Sandal feels too loose or too tight.
Adjust the slingback closure to achieve a secure and comfortable fit. Ensure the gore instep strap is not overly stretched.
Discomfort after prolonged wear.
Ensure the size is correct and that the adjustable strap is properly fitted. For initial wear, the Memory Foam™ may need a short break-in period.
Material appears dirty or stained.
Use a clean, damp cloth to gently wipe the affected area. For stubborn marks, a very mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean damp cloth. Always air dry.
Squeaking noise when walking.
This can sometimes occur with new footwear. Check for any debris trapped in the sole or footbed. A light dusting of talcum powder under the insole might help, but use sparingly.
