FAQs
Are these sandals suitable for wide feet?
The sandals feature adjustable Velcro straps on the ankle and heel, which can offer some flexibility for different foot widths. However, the overall fit will depend on the width of the front strap and the insole.
Can I machine wash these sandals?
It is not recommended to machine wash these sandals, as it can damage the materials, especially the suede synthetic fabric and the Memory Foam insole. Hand cleaning as per the care instructions is advised.
What is the heel height of these sandals?
The heel height of the low wedge midsole is approximately 3.2 cm (1.25 inches).
How do I clean the Memory Foam insole?
The Memory Foam insole can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow it to air dry completely before wearing.
What material is the upper made of?
The upper is made of soft, smooth suede synthetic fabric with decorative stitching and a stretch fabric element for added comfort.
Are these sandals good for walking long distances?
The SKECHERS Memory Foam insole provides cushioning for comfort. While suitable for moderate walking and daily wear, they may not offer the specialized support required for very long-distance hiking or athletic activities.
Troubleshooting
Straps feel too loose or too tight.
Adjust the Velcro fasteners on the ankle and heel straps for a customized fit. Ensure the straps are securely fastened but not constricting blood flow.
Discomfort after prolonged wear.
While designed for comfort, some users may need additional arch support. Consider using a thin, supportive insole if needed. Ensure you have adjusted the straps correctly.
Suede synthetic material appears soiled.
Gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt. For tougher marks, use a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then allow to air dry completely.
Soles feel slippery on certain surfaces.
The flexible rubber traction outsole provides grip, but it is recommended to test footing on slick surfaces. Ensure the outsole is clean and free from debris.
