The Karrimor Duma 6 running shoes are designed specifically for beginners seeking a reliable, comfortable trainer for daily runs, gym workouts, or casual everyday wear. Featuring a seamless knitted upper and advanced cushioning, they provide the necessary support to build confidence on the road; however, they are primarily optimized for entry-level activity rather than competitive long-distance marathon training.

No, it is recommended to clean them by hand using a damp cloth and mild detergent to preserve the materials.
These shoes are designed for beginners and casual use. While suitable for short to medium runs, they may lack the advanced support required for high-mileage marathon training.
The Ortholite insole provides high-quality cushioning and comfort but is not a medical orthotic for specific arch issues.
The pods are optimized for flat, dry surfaces like asphalt, concrete, and gym floor mats.
Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and remove the insoles occasionally to allow moisture to evaporate fully.
Loosen the lacing starting from the bottom eyelets to increase volume across the forefoot.
Use the final eyelet to create a heel lock loop with your laces to secure the fit around the ankle.
Ensure you select your correct UK size, as the Duma 6 is designed for a true-to-fit athletic profile. When lacing, use the top eyelet if you prefer a "runner’s lock" to secure the heel. To care for your trainers, avoid machine washing, which can damage the structural integrity of the upper mesh. Instead, remove surface dirt with a soft brush and clean the soles with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent the materials from warping or degrading.
