No, machine washing can damage the suede exterior and the internal UGGplush lining. Spot cleaning with appropriate tools is recommended.
No, the laces on the Lowmel model are fixed for a consistent fit and aesthetic.
The hook-and-loop closure provides some adjustability in the instep area, which generally accommodates various foot shapes well.
Suede is naturally sensitive to water. While they provide protection for everyday wear, we recommend applying a suede protector to improve water resistance.
UGGplush is a signature blend of wool and lyocell that provides the soft, cushioned feeling synonymous with the UGG brand.
Ensure the hook-and-loop strap is fully opened and the tongue is pulled forward before inserting the foot.
Use a specialized suede eraser or a soft, dry cloth to gently lift surface dirt, and avoid wet cleaning methods.
As these trainers arrive with fixed laces, no initial setup is required beyond the first fitting. To maintain the longevity of the suede upper, it is highly recommended to apply a suede-specific protective spray before the first use to repel water and stains. If the shoes become dirty, gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled brush to remove dry mud or dust. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water, as this can degrade the suede finish and compromise the structural integrity of the internal lining.
