Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your HOKA Challenger 8 shoes, follow these best practices:
- Break-in Period: Wear them for short walks before embarking on long-distance hikes to allow the upper to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Remove excess dirt after hikes using a soft brush. If they get muddy, wipe them down with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging them in a washing machine or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry them naturally at room temperature. Never place them directly on a heater, as intense heat can damage the waterproof membrane and adhesives.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the cushioning foam.
