The Skechers Trego Ashaway boots are designed for adult women who enjoy light hiking and outdoor exploration, offering a perfect blend of style and technical support for varied terrain. Their key benefit is the inclusion of Air-Cooled Memory Foam insoles that provide exceptional all-day cushioning, though users should note that as a mid-top design, they prioritize agility over the rigid ankle support found in heavy-duty mountaineering boots.

Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing for adult women, but it is recommended to wear the socks you plan to hike in when trying them on.
The memory foam insole is designed as an integral part of the comfort system; replacing it may alter the intended fit and feel.
No. Machine washing will likely compromise the waterproof membrane and the structural integrity of the leather overlays.
They provide moderate, cushioned arch support suitable for most casual hikers; if you require medical-grade orthotics, check if your inserts fit comfortably over the existing insole.
These are designed for light hiking and outdoor use in temperate conditions; they are not insulated for sub-zero temperatures or heavy snow.
Wear them indoors for a few hours to allow the leather to soften and the memory foam to contour to your specific foot shape.
Dirt can clog the pores of the fabric. Clean the exterior thoroughly and apply a water-repellent spray designed for leather/mesh footwear.
Before heading out, ensure you wear the boots with proper hiking socks to prevent blisters and optimize the fit of the lacing system. To maintain the waterproof integrity of the Trego Ashaway, avoid submerging them entirely in deep streams. For cleaning, wipe off loose mud with a soft brush after each hike. If the material becomes heavily soiled, use a damp cloth with mild soap; never machine wash or tumble dry these boots, as the high heat can damage the memory foam and adhesive bonds.
